Full is the easiest choice. Lite can use base files from another Ragnarok game you already have.

Full Client

  1. Create a game account on our home page. Already have one? Keep using it.
  2. Download Full. Wait until it finishes.
  3. Open Downloads. Right-click the ZIP file, choose Extract All, then Extract.
  4. Open the new Rebirth-of-Loki folder. Double-click Rebirth-of-Loki.exe.
  5. Press Play. Sign in with your game username and password.

Have another Ragnarok game?

Lite Client

You can use its data.grf base file. You do not need an older Rebirth of Loki installation.

  1. Download Lite. Open Downloads, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All → Extract.
  2. Open Rebirth-of-Loki-Lite, then double-click Rebirth-of-Loki.exe.
  3. Click Choose old Ragnarok data.grf... in the launcher.
  4. Find the folder of the Ragnarok game you played before. Select data.grf and click Open. If that folder also has rdata.grf, hold Ctrl and select both files.
  5. Wait for the launcher to say Ready! It reads your old files and prepares our base archives automatically. Your old game is not changed.
  6. Click Play and enter your game username and password.

No manual three-file copying. The launcher handles the base files. Keep our launcher, graphics files and settings as provided; do not copy another server's EXE, DLL or DATA.INI into this installation.

Want music? This is optional: copy the old game's BGM folder into Rebirth-of-Loki-Lite → client.

If the launcher rejects the file: some Ragnarok archives use a different protection format or do not include the resources this client needs. Use the Full Client instead. Not every other server's files are compatible.

Your main and your support

Regular players can open two game windows per PC. Use a separate game account for each character. To open your support, return to the launcher and click Play again.

Use Graphics for Original or Gray Grid, and Window size to choose the size of the next game window.

Remember the birthdate you entered at registration: this client uses it to confirm character deletion. Email verification and automatic password reset are not available yet.
